Big news: Twindo is going asset agnostic on August 4th

Hi Twindonians!

We've been working on something big, and it's almost here. On August 4th, 2026, Twindo goes asset agnostic, bringing even more value to your work in wind, and opening the door to industries beyond it.

First things first: nothing changes for your existing projects and data. Everything you've built in Twindo stays exactly as it is.

What's new is flexibility. You'll now be able to create your own asset types, substations, vessels, blades, gearboxes, solar PV, or anything else that matters to your operations. It's fully configurable:

• Sub-assets: any asset can contain sub-assets, so you can model your operations at whatever level of detail you need.
• Data at every level: add any type of data or information directly to assets, and everything collected in the mobile app is automatically linked to the right asset or sub-asset.
• AI native: Twindo Copilot can dig into your asset data with even more ease, surfacing highly granular insights right down to the individual asset level.

On mobile, the only thing you'll notice is a new target location selector for reports and timesheets, everything else works just as before.

To help you hit the ground running, we'll release a detailed tutorial and demo on launch day, so you'll have everything you need to start building from day one.
